We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 7pm Eastern Time. Orders placed saturday after 6 Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been completed, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. When placing an online order, both your billing and shipping addresses must match for order processing. All orders are shipped through FedEx and a tracking number is sent to the email address provided. Once your package is released to the carrier, Asiren is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact FedEx and provide them with your information to file a lost shipment report.
